Preparing for the Sale

The potential buyer will be paying very careful attention to the internal audits performed by the company. This attention will be focused upon the administration, the production, and the sales departments.

 

The second aspect to undergo in-depth analysis will be the company’s vision for the future. Every company no doubt has a vision, but it is nevertheless important to structure it well, and to be able to communicate it properly to the potential buyer.
